Delivery Policies

The goods will be delivered within 4-5 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India and within 5-7 working days for all deliveries outside India. On dispatch we will send you a mail giving you the details of the courier service used.

Delivery methods

Jo Designs dispatches all parcels using a courier chosen according to your order or the type of products sold , to offer you fast and reliable delivery. We will provide You with the Tracking number so that You can track your delivery.

 

Charges

For deliveries within India, charges will variable depending on your parcel's location, weight and the value of your order.

 

Return Policy 

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value, but in case you are unhappy with the merchandise we offer a flexible return policy.

You are eligible to get a full refund of money in case:
 

  • We have shipped a wrong product.
  • There is a manufacturing defect.

 

Condition of Items:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. They must be in their original purchase condition.

How it works:

  • All you need to do is to inform us within 3 days of receiving the parcel by writing in to us at jodesignsonline@gmail.com and sending us an image of the concerned product.

  • Once you have done that, simply wait for revert email from Jo Designs authorizing the return. In this mail we will inform you of all the relevant information regarding the next steps.

  • Once authorized by us, the product has to be returned, and should reach us within 7 working days from the authorization mail.

  • For returning the product, You have to courier the product to us and share the tracking details, as soon as it is couriered. (Jo Designs will not bear the cost of return.)

Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at jodesignsonline@gmail.com.The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.

As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

Jo Designs is not liable for any damages in transit.
